Is a first meeting online or in person?
A first meeting is always online or by phone. The intro call takes 30 minutes on Google Meet or by phone, on weekdays between 12:00 and 17:00 Amsterdam time, and you can book it online up to two weeks ahead. Depending on the assignment, we then come to you on location, in Türkiye too.
How quickly will I hear back?
You'll hear from us within one working day after you send a request through the project form. It goes straight to the person in our team who handles your topic, and the next step is a 30-minute intro call. If you booked a time in the form, the invitation is already in your inbox.
Which languages can I contact you in?
You can email and call us in English, Dutch or Turkish, and we hold the intro call and the rest of the project in whichever of those you prefer. We also build sites and stores in those languages, and we add German and French language versions for clients.
Can you invoice in Turkish lira?
Yes. We can invoice in euros and in Turkish lira (TL). We work from Amsterdam for companies in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and Türkiye, and we deliver our services in Türkiye too. To call us from Türkiye, use the same number as everyone else: +31 20 244 77 43.
