Custom software development for work standard tools can't handle

We build a system for the job a standard app can't do the way you work, such as pricing made-to-order products, taking quote requests or recording a signed delivery. Then we connect it to your store, your accounting software or your reports.

Product configurators on Shopify with live pricing and file upload

With a product configurator, customers choose their options, see the price change as they go and upload their own file, and the order goes straight to your print partner. It suits Shopify stores that sell products customers put together themselves, such as print and signage.

Example: a customer picks the size and finish of a banner, sees the price recalculated with every choice and uploads their design in the same step.

Shopify product configurator at a glance

The problem. When sizes, materials and quantities change the price, a standard product page can't show the right amount. Customers then email you for a quote and wait for an answer, and your team copies their files and order details by hand.

What it does. The configurator sits on the product page of your Shopify store. It calculates the price live from the options a customer picks, takes their print file and forwards the finished order to your print partner automatically.

Who it's for. For Shopify stores that sell made-to-order products such as print and signage, where the price depends on the options a customer picks.

From our work. Birun Print & Sign runs its Shopify store with product configurators, live pricing, file upload and automatic order forwarding to its print partner.

File upload

Order forwarding
Each order goes to your print partner automatically, with the file and every chosen option attached.
Shopify product configurator in more detail

How a Shopify product configurator works

A Shopify product configurator replaces a fixed product page with a set of choices. The customer picks the options, sees the price for that exact combination, uploads a file and checks out as usual. The order and the file then go to your production partner automatically, and nobody copies them by hand.

We work out the pricing rules with you in the blueprint, so every combination of size, material and quantity gets the right price, and we test those rules in the prototype before they go into your store. Customers see a clear price on the product page and don't have to ask you for a quote on standard combinations.

What we built for Birun Print & Sign

Birun Print & Sign is a print and signage company in Amsterdam and Almere. We built its Shopify store with product configurators, live pricing, file upload and automatic order forwarding to its print partner, set up 301 redirects from the old URLs and added an English language version. The store has been live since 28 August 2026.

When a configurator is worth it

A configurator is worth it when your price depends on the options a customer picks and people would otherwise email you for a quote. If your buyers are businesses that want a quote before they order, a B2B quote basket can suit them better, and both can run in the same Shopify store.

We build configurators as part of our Shopify work, together with the theme, the catalogue and the SEO of the store.

Shopify B2B with quote requests instead of a checkout

In a Shopify B2B store with a quote basket, trade customers add products and quantities to the basket and send it as one request, and your team replies with a quote. It suits B2B online stores and catalogues where the price depends on quantities, combinations or the terms you agree with each customer.

Example: a business customer puts three products with quantities in the quote basket and sends it as a request, without a checkout.

B2B quote basket at a glance

The problem. Business buyers often need a quote for their own volumes before they order, so a standard checkout doesn't match how they buy. The request then moves to email, where details get lost and nobody sees the full list in one place.

What it does. The quote basket replaces the checkout for trade customers. They browse your catalogue, add products and quantities to a basket and send it as one quote request, which reaches your team with every product and contact detail together.

Who it's for. For B2B and wholesale stores whose buyers need a quote before they order.

From our work. Private Label Specialist, our own brand, uses a quote basket on its Astro site with 234 pages in Dutch and English and a catalogue of 26 product groups.

B2B quote basket in more detail

How a B2B quote basket works in Shopify

A B2B quote basket lets trade customers shop your catalogue as usual, but the basket ends in a quote request instead of a payment. Your team receives one request with every product and quantity, replies with a quote and agrees the terms, and the buyer then orders on those terms.

It fits stores that sell to businesses in volume, or where the price depends on the customer, the quantity or the delivery. The quote basket can sit next to a normal checkout for retail customers, or replace the checkout for trade customers altogether.

Where we built it first

We built the quote basket first for Private Label Specialist, our own brand. Its Astro site has 234 pages in Dutch and English, a catalogue of 26 product groups, a search function and the quote basket, with an SEO check in the build. We bring the same approach to Shopify stores.

Read the Private Label Specialist case study

What your team gets with each request

Each request reaches your team as one overview with every product, every quantity and the buyer's contact details, so you can reply with a quote without asking for the list again. You set the price and the terms per request, which suits buyers whose volumes or delivery wishes change from order to order.

Shopify B2B features or a quote basket

Shopify's own B2B features suit buyers who pay at checkout with their own price lists. A quote basket suits buyers who first need to discuss volumes, materials or delivery with your team. Plenty of stores need some of both, and we help you choose in the blueprint, before anything gets built.

Which B2B features you can use depends on your Shopify plan, so we check that first. Then we decide with you whether the quote basket sits alongside them or on its own.

Live KPI dashboards from Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center

We bring your Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center data together in one live KPI dashboard, so your team sees current figures without building a report by hand. Next to it we build AI assistants that work safely across several Shopify stores, inboxes or ad accounts, and nothing they prepare goes live without a person's approval.

Example: a dashboard shows clicks from Google live, with data from Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center. An AI assistant proposes a change, which waits for a person to approve it.

What a live KPI dashboard shows

A live KPI dashboard puts your search, site and product numbers on one screen and keeps them current. Ours reads from Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center, so you see clicks from Google, what visitors do on your site and the state of your product feed without exporting anything first.

The dashboards are built and in our own use. We set them up on your own accounts, with the access you choose to give us.

How we set up a live dashboard

We start by agreeing with you which KPIs matter and who looks at them, so the dashboard answers the questions your team asks every week and leaves out the rest. Then we connect Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center and build a first version as a prototype, so you can check the figures before the dashboard becomes your weekly view.

Once the figures are right, the dashboard takes the place of the monthly export, and your team can open it whenever a question comes up.

AI assistants that work safely across stores and inboxes

Our AI assistants work across several Shopify stores, inboxes or ad accounts from one place. They prepare the work, and a person approves it before anything goes live, so your team keeps the final say on every change that reaches a live store or a customer's inbox.

This helps when you run more than one store or brand and the same task has to happen in each of them. We connect the assistants to your own business data, so they work from your current figures. Ads are part of this only as a follow-on to a website or SEO project, and always as a draft first.

Signed digital delivery notes on a phone, invoiced monthly

Digital delivery notes at a glance

The problem. Paper delivery notes get lost, signatures are hard to read, and someone has to type every note into the invoices at the end of the month. When a client asks what was delivered, the answer depends on a paper form that may be missing.

What it does. Every delivery gets a digital note on a phone. The loader signs when the goods leave, the recipient signs on arrival, and the signed note locks and is saved as a PDF. At the end of the month, the system creates one draft invoice per client in your accounting software.

Who it's for. For companies that deliver to regular clients and invoice them once a month.

Digital delivery notes in more detail

How signed digital delivery notes work

A digital delivery note replaces the paper slip with a note on a phone. The loader signs when the goods leave and the recipient signs on arrival, after which the note locks and is saved as a PDF. At the end of the month the signed notes add up to one draft invoice per client in your accounting software.

The note locks after the second signature, so it stays a reliable electronic proof of delivery when someone later asks what was delivered. The PDF can go to the client as well, and both sides then look at the same signed note.

What changes for your team

Nobody collects paper slips any more or types them into invoices at the end of the month. Loaders and recipients sign on a phone, and the office can open each locked note with its PDF. Accounting receives one draft invoice per client per month and checks it before it goes out.

We set up the note around what you deliver, so the fields on the phone match your goods and your clients. The draft invoice lands in your own accounting software, where your team has the final say on every invoice.

Expert Air Services provides aviation services and catering at Schiphol. We built its English-language Webflow site and this delivery note system, which has been in production since 31 August 2026. Since 14 September 2026, its invoicing has run automatically, with one draft invoice per client each month in its accounting software.

The system works the same way for other companies that deliver to regular clients and invoice them once a month. It is also the part of our accounting automation for SMEs that already runs at a client.

A custom stock, order and proof-of-delivery app for weekly deliveries

One app keeps your stock, weekly orders, labels and signed proof of delivery together, and at the end of each month it prepares a draft invoice for everything that was actually delivered. It suits companies that deliver to fixed locations every week, in the Netherlands or across Europe, where a standard inventory management app doesn't fit.

Example: the app shows this week's deliveries per location. Each delivery is signed for on arrival, and at the end of the month the draft invoice is ready.

The problem. Weekly deliveries to many locations spread stock lists, order sheets, shipping labels and signed receipts across different places. When a client asks what was delivered where, the answer takes a search through email and spreadsheets.

What it does. The app holds your stock and the weekly orders per location, creates the labels, records a signed proof of delivery and prepares a monthly draft invoice. Everyone works from the same list, from storage to the person who signs for the delivery.

Who it's for. For companies that deliver to many locations every week and need one record of stock, orders and proof of delivery.

Stock, order and proof-of-delivery app in more detail

What the app does for weekly deliveries

The app brings stock, weekly orders, labels, signed proof of delivery and a monthly draft invoice into one system. Each order belongs to a location and a week, and when the recipient signs, the proof stays with that order. At the end of the month the deliveries turn into a draft invoice that your team checks.

We built it for our own operations work. From Amsterdam we handle sourcing, configuration, storage and on-site delivery to locations across Europe, with sourcing and storage in Türkiye where that fits, and the app keeps all of that in one record.

Why a custom app instead of a standard inventory management app

Many standard inventory apps are built around stock in a warehouse. Weekly deliveries to changing venues also need configuration, labels per location, a signature at the door and one invoice per month, so we built an app around that rhythm. It suits companies whose deliveries follow the same weekly pattern, even when the addresses change.

Because everything sits in one app, the person who plans next week's orders sees the same stock and delivery history as the person who prepares the invoice. Nobody has to merge lists from different tools before they can answer a client.

In use since October 2026

Since October 2026, we've run the weekly deliveries of tablets and printed materials for Glomacs and AZTech from this app. These international training organisations from Dubai have worked with us since 2023, and every week we deliver to their training venues across Europe, with configuration, storage and on-site delivery included.

If your company delivers to many locations on a fixed rhythm, we can build the same kind of app around your own products and locations.

AI connection to your accounting software

An AI assistant works inside your own accounting software, such as WeFact, with invoices, quotes, customer records and bank payments, under the permissions you set, and every action goes into an activity log. It suits companies whose accounting software lets outside systems connect and whose team spends a large part of the week on invoices and payments.

Example: an AI assistant creates a draft invoice in the accounting software, matches the bank payment to that invoice and writes every step to the activity log.

AI connection to your accounting software in more detail

How the AI connection to your accounting works

The connection sits between an AI assistant and your accounting software, such as WeFact. You ask for something in plain language, like an overview of open quotes or a payment that still needs matching, and the assistant does the work in your own books. Permissions per user decide what it may do, and the activity log records every step.

Because the work happens in your own accounting software, there's no second system to keep up to date. Your accountant sees the same figures as you do, and the log shows afterwards who asked for what.

What the AI connection can help with

It helps with the routine work around invoices, quotes, customer records and bank payments. You can ask it to find every open quote for a customer, prepare an invoice from details you've agreed or match incoming payments to the right invoices, and each of those actions ends up in the log.

It is most useful when creating invoices and quotes, keeping customer records current or matching bank payments takes up a large part of your team's week. It also suits small finance teams and founders who still do part of the accounting themselves, because the assistant works in the software they already know.

Built and in our own use

We built this connection and use it in our own business. There is no client case for it yet, so we don't show results here. In the intro call we look at your accounting software and the finance tasks that take up most of your time, and then we tell you whether the connection is worth it for you.

If it is, we set up the permissions with you first and only then connect the assistant to your books. It is also one of the three parts of our accounting automation for SMEs, next to monthly draft invoices from delivery notes and automatic reporting.

Accounting automation for SMEs

In many small businesses, someone spends part of every month gathering delivery notes, typing invoices and putting an overview together for the accountant. Accounting automation hands that routine work to software, while you check every draft and your accountant keeps the final say.

Example: three signed delivery notes for one client become one draft invoice in the accounting software at the end of the month, and the monthly report updates itself.

The problem. In a small business, the work around the books comes back month after month. Someone collects delivery notes to create invoices, types the details into the accounting software and builds an overview by hand for the owner or the accountant, while the figures sit spread across paper, email and spreadsheets.

What it does. The package combines three things we build. A secure AI connection works inside your own accounting software, such as WeFact. Signed delivery notes or proofs of delivery become one draft invoice per client each month, and automatic reporting puts the figures in one place.

Which accounting tasks can be automated?

The tasks that come back every month in the same form are the ones to automate. For a small business that usually means turning signed delivery notes into invoices, matching incoming bank payments to open invoices, looking up quotes and customer records, and putting the monthly figures together.

Anything unusual, such as a one-off arrangement with a client, still goes to a person. The automation prepares, and someone on your side decides.

Signed delivery notes become one monthly draft invoice per client

With digital delivery notes, the loader and the recipient sign on a phone at delivery, after which the note locks and is saved as a PDF. At the end of the month the system collects every signed note for a client and turns them into one draft invoice in your accounting software, where it stays a draft until someone on your side approves it.

This step already runs at a client. At Expert Air Services, an aviation services and catering company at Schiphol, the loader and the crew both sign on the loader's phone, and invoicing has run automatically since 14 September 2026. If you work with proofs of delivery instead of delivery notes, the monthly invoice step is the same.

What the AI connection does in your software

The secure AI connection to your accounting software, such as WeFact, prepares invoices and quotes, works with customer records and matches bank payments to the right invoice. Each user gets their own permissions, and the activity log records who asked for what. We built the connection and use it in our own business, and there is no client case for it yet.

Does accounting automation replace your accountant?

No. Hault doesn't do bookkeeping, tax returns or tax advice, and this automation doesn't change that. We build the systems that do the typing and the matching before your accountant looks, and the checks, the returns and the advice stay with your accountant.

Because everything happens in your own accounting software, your accountant keeps working in the software they already know, and the activity log shows what was prepared and by whom.

What goes into the automatic report

The automatic report brings your figures together in one fixed place, so nobody has to build an overview by hand at the end of the month. We decide with you which figures go into it, based on the questions you now answer yourself when the month closes.

For marketing figures we've already built live reporting from Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center, which is in our own use. For your accounting, the report is set up around the data in your own software and your draft invoices.

Where to start

You can start with a 30-minute intro call or with our two-week workflow scan. In the scan we look at where the time in your administration goes and what your accounting software allows, and you get a payback estimate before we build anything. After that the work follows our usual steps of blueprint, prototype, build and launch.

Lead engine, a B2B lead generation system with human review

The lead engine looks for companies that match your ideal customer profile, gives each one a score and drafts a personal first email for the best fits, and someone on your team reads every draft and decides what gets sent. It suits B2B companies that would rather spend their sales time on conversations than on searching.

Example: the lead engine scores four companies on how well they fit your ideal customer and prepares a draft first email for the best one, which waits for your approval.

The problem. Finding new B2B clients by hand means long searches, copying details into a spreadsheet and writing emails that end up sounding the same. The companies that fit best are easy to miss, because nobody has time to look at every option.

What it does. The lead engine searches for companies that fit the ideal customer profile you define, looks into each one and gives it a score for how well it fits. For the best-matching companies it drafts a first email written for that company, which waits until someone on your team has read it.

Who it's for. For B2B teams that want to spend their sales time on companies that fit, instead of on searching for them.

Lead engine in more detail

How does the lead engine find and score companies?

It starts from a profile of your ideal customer, such as their sector, size and region. The engine looks for companies that match, looks into each one and gives it a score for how well it fits, and only the best fits get a draft email.

The score decides where you start. The companies at the top of the list fit your offer best, and each draft mentions the company it was written for, so the reader can tell that someone looked at their business.

Who the lead engine suits

It suits B2B companies that know which clients fit them but lose time finding them. If you can describe your ideal customer in a few lines, such as the sector, the size and the region, the engine has what it needs to start. If you sell to consumers, or every client is different, a profile like that is hard to write, and the engine has little to work with.

Why someone reads every email before it goes

A first email only works when it's accurate and sounds like you. The engine does the searching and writes the first draft, and someone on your team checks the facts, adjusts the tone and decides whether and when it goes out.

Does it replace your sales team?

No. The lead engine takes over the searching and the first draft, and the conversations, the follow-up and the decisions stay with your people. It also works next to a dedicated marketing team, because both start from the same picture of the clients you want.

Built for our own sales first

We built the lead engine for Hault and use it ourselves to find new clients. We don't have a client case for it yet, so this section shows no results. If you want a B2B lead generation system for your own sales, we set it up around your offer and your market, and we agree the scoring with you before any email is drafted.

When custom software development is worth it

Custom software is worth it when a standard tool can't do a job the way you work and that job comes back every week. If a Shopify app or a tool like Make can do it, we'd rather use that, because every change to custom code needs a developer.

A custom system fits where a standard app forces your team into workarounds, for example a price that depends on size, material and quantity, a quote request instead of a checkout, or a delivery that needs two signatures and a monthly invoice. We then build a system for that one job and connect it to the tools you already use.

How a system project starts

A system project starts with the job you want to hand over. You can begin with a 30-minute intro call if you already know what you need, or with our two-week workflow scan, where we look at where your team's time goes and estimate what automating each part would pay back.

We then build the first version as a prototype, so you can test it with your own data before it goes live. A project usually takes 6 to 10 weeks.

Questions about our systems

Example: an AI agent reads a new order and starts the invoice, the shipment and the report.

About custom software

What does a custom system cost?

The cost depends on what the system has to connect to and how many users and permissions it needs. It also matters whether it can start from one of the systems we've already built. Every project gets its own proposal. After a 30-minute intro call, you'll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.

How long does it take to build a system?

A project usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. Where yours lands in that range depends mostly on how many tools the system has to connect to and how much your process differs from what we've built before. The prototype comes early, so you can test the system with your own data well before the full build is finished.

Can a system connect to the tools we already use?

Our systems connect to tools such as Shopify, Search Console, GA4, Merchant Center and accounting software, for example WeFact. For other tools in your setup, the two-week workflow scan shows which connections are possible and what they would pay back, before we build anything.

Do your AI assistants act on their own?

No. Our AI assistants can work safely across several Shopify stores, inboxes or ad accounts, but nothing goes live without a person's approval. The assistant prepares the work, such as a draft or a proposed change, and someone on your team checks it and decides whether it goes through.

Shopify product configurator

What is a product configurator?

A product configurator is a tool on a product page that lets customers build their own version of a product by choosing options such as size, material or quantity. It shows the price for that exact combination straight away. In a Shopify store, ours also takes the customer's own file and sends the finished order on to production.

What is the best product configurator software?

The best choice depends on how your prices work. A simple option picker is fine when every option has a fixed price. When the price depends on combinations of size, material and quantity, and the order has to reach a production partner with a file attached, a configurator built around your catalogue fits better. That's the kind we build on Shopify.

Can a configurator send orders to a print partner automatically?

Ours forwards every order to your print partner automatically, with the customer's file and each chosen option attached, so nobody has to type the order again. Birun Print & Sign in Amsterdam and Almere works this way, and its Shopify store with product configurators has been live since 28 August 2026.

B2B quote basket

Is Shopify B2B worth it?

It's worth it when your trade customers already buy online and your prices or terms differ per customer. Shopify has its own B2B features, and which ones you get depends on your Shopify plan. When your buyers mainly need a quote before they order, a quote basket is often the simpler route, because it works without a checkout.

What is the cost of Shopify B2B?

The cost has two parts: your Shopify plan, which Shopify lists on its own pricing page, and the work to set up the store for trade buyers. That second part depends on your catalogue, your price rules and the systems the requests need to reach. Every project gets its own proposal. After a 30-minute intro call, you'll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.

Which app is best for B2B?

There's no single best app, because B2B stores differ in how they price and sell. Apps in the Shopify App Store cover common needs such as wholesale price lists. When your buyers need to put together a request and get a quote from your team, we build a quote basket that fits your catalogue and the way your team works.

How to create a wholesale page in Shopify?

Start with a separate page or collection for trade customers, with the products and quantities they usually buy. Then decide whether they pay at checkout or ask for a quote first. If they ask for a quote, add a quote basket so they can send one request with everything in it, and make sure that request reaches your team in one place.

Live marketing dashboards and AI assistants

What is a KPI dashboard?

A KPI dashboard is one screen with the few numbers that tell you how your marketing is doing, for example clicks from Google, visits to your site or the state of your product feed. A live dashboard reads those numbers straight from the source, so you don't wait for a monthly export or a report that someone builds by hand.

Which data can a live marketing dashboard show?

Ours reads from Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center. Search Console shows how your site appears in Google search, GA4 shows what visitors do on your site, and Merchant Center shows the state of your products in Google Shopping. Together they give you a current view of search, site and product data in one place.

Can an AI assistant change my store without approval?

No. Our AI assistants can work across several Shopify stores, inboxes or ad accounts, but nothing goes live without a person's approval. The assistant prepares the work, and someone on your team checks it and decides whether it goes through. We use them the same way ourselves, because a wrong change in a live store costs more than a short check.

Digital delivery notes

What is a digital delivery note?

A digital delivery note is the electronic version of the paper slip that travels with a delivery. It records what was delivered and carries the signatures of the person who loaded the goods and the person who received them. Ours is signed on a phone, locks after signing and is saved as a PDF, so it can't be changed afterwards.

Who signs a digital delivery note?

Two people sign it on a phone, the loader when the goods leave and the recipient when they arrive. Both signatures sit on the same locked note, and the PDF keeps them. At Expert Air Services at Schiphol, where the system has run in production since 31 August 2026, the loader and the crew both sign on the loader's phone.

How do digital delivery notes connect to invoicing?

Each signed note counts towards that client's month. At the end of the month, the system creates one draft invoice per client in your accounting software, so nobody types delivery notes into invoices by hand. Expert Air Services has had its invoicing run automatically this way since 14 September 2026.

Stock, order and proof-of-delivery app

What does a stock, order and proof-of-delivery app do?

It keeps every step of a recurring delivery in one place. Stock, weekly orders per location, labels, a signed proof of delivery and a monthly draft invoice all live in the same app. You can see what went where and who signed for it, without searching through email or spreadsheets.

Is this an off-the-shelf inventory management app?

No, we build it around your deliveries and the way your orders, locations and invoicing work. Off-the-shelf inventory apps are a good fit when your process matches theirs. When you deliver every week to changing locations and need signatures and monthly invoicing, a custom app saves your team from working around a standard tool.

Who uses the app today?

We use it ourselves for our operations work. Since October 2026, the weekly deliveries of tablets and printed materials for Glomacs and AZTech, international training organisations from Dubai, have run from this app. We've worked with them since 2023, and every week we deliver to training venues across Europe.

AI connection to your accounting software

What can an AI connection do in accounting software?

It can work with invoices, quotes, customer records and the matching of bank payments, directly in your accounting software. You ask in plain language, the assistant finds or prepares the work, and you see the result in the software you already use. Permissions per user decide what each person's assistant is allowed to do.

Which accounting software does it work with?

It works with accounting software that lets outside systems connect to it, for example WeFact. During the intro call we check whether your software does, before you decide anything.

Is it safe to give AI access to my accounting?

It can be, as long as the access is limited and visible. The connection has permissions per user, so each person's assistant can only do what you allow, and an activity log records every action. You can see afterwards who did what in your books, and you can change the permissions whenever you need to.

Accounting automation for SMEs

What is accounting automation?

Accounting automation means software takes over routine work around your books, such as turning delivery notes into invoices, matching bank payments to invoices and putting the monthly figures together. A person still checks the result. Our package for SMEs combines a secure AI connection to your accounting software, monthly draft invoices from signed delivery notes and automatic reporting.

Does accounting automation replace an accountant or bookkeeper?

No. Hault doesn't do bookkeeping, tax returns or tax advice, and the automation doesn't either. It prepares the routine work, such as draft invoices and matched payments, in your own accounting software. Your accountant stays in charge of the figures, checks what was prepared and files your returns as before.

Is accounting automation the same as AI?

Not exactly, because most of it is plain automation that follows fixed rules, such as collecting a month of signed delivery notes into one draft invoice per client. AI comes in where a request is less tidy, for example when you ask the connection in plain language for every open quote of one customer. Every action of the AI connection is written to an activity log.

Which accounting software does it work with?

The AI connection works with accounting software that lets outside systems connect to it, for example WeFact. We check yours during the two-week workflow scan, and the scan also gives you a payback estimate before we build anything.

Lead engine

What is a B2B lead generation system?

It's a set of steps that turns a description of your ideal customer into a short list of companies worth contacting. Ours, the lead engine, finds companies that fit the profile, scores how well each one fits and drafts a first email for the best matches. The conversations and the decision to send stay with your team.

Does the lead engine send emails by itself?

No. It drafts a first email for the best-matching companies, and someone on your team reads each draft, checks the facts and the tone and decides whether and when it goes out.

How is each company scored?

Each company is scored against the ideal customer profile you describe, for example its sector, size and region. We agree the scoring with you before the engine drafts any emails, so the order of the list follows your own idea of a good client. The best fits are the only companies that get a draft.

Can you set up a lead engine for our company?

We built the lead engine for Hault, and we use it ourselves to find new clients. We can set it up for your market and the companies you want to reach. We start with a clear profile of those companies and agree with you how to score them, before the engine drafts any emails.
