B2B fulfilment across Europe with sourcing and on-site delivery
We source tablets, printed materials and other goods, set up the devices, store your stock and deliver it to venues across Europe on a fixed weekly schedule. If you mostly send single parcels to consumers, an e-commerce fulfilment centre will suit you better.

How our sourcing and delivery service works
Our operations and fulfilment service gets tablets, printed materials and other goods to business venues across Europe on a weekly schedule. We run it from Amsterdam, with sourcing and storage in Türkiye where it fits, and every delivery is signed for in our own app. It suits international companies that need the same materials ready in several countries.
Who our operations service is for
This is for international companies and training organisations that run courses, events or sales in several European countries and need the same materials ready at each venue, without a local team in every city. It fits best when deliveries follow a schedule and the goods need setting up before they arrive.
What you get from operations and fulfilment
We take on the chain from the first purchase to the signature at the venue. Devices leave us set up, your stock waits with us between deliveries, and the paperwork for every delivery sits in one place.
- Sourcing
- We source the goods you need, such as tablets and printed materials, from Amsterdam or in Türkiye when that fits better.
- Configuration
- Devices leave us set up, so the people at the venue can switch them on and start.
- Storage
- We store your stock between deliveries, so each weekly order can go out from stock.
- Weekly on-site delivery
- We deliver to training venues and other locations across Europe on a weekly schedule.
- Our own order app
- Stock, weekly orders and labels sit in the app, so every delivery has one record.
- Signed proof of delivery
- Each delivery is signed for, and the proof of delivery is saved with the order.
- Monthly draft invoice
- At the end of each month the app prepares a draft invoice from what was actually delivered.
Operations in our case studies
The work looks the same every week, and it has to be right every week. Glomacs and AZTech, international training organisations based in Dubai, have worked with us on it since 2023.
For Glomacs and AZTech we deliver tablets and printed materials, configured and ready to use.
Glomacs and AZTech · Since 2023
Every week there are deliveries to training venues across Europe, and since October 2026 every order and proof of delivery has run through our own app.

How we set up sourcing and delivery
We start with an audit of what you send, where it goes and how often. The blueprint sets the weekly schedule, the configuration per item and the paperwork each venue needs. From the first week, stock, orders, labels and proof of delivery sit together in one app.
- Kick-off and audit
- Blueprint
- First cycle
- Steady rhythmOngoing
Once the schedule and the configuration are agreed, deliveries run every week.
Is this the same as an e-commerce fulfilment centre?
No, it's a different job. A fulfilment centre ships single orders to consumers' homes, while we get configured goods to the same business venues on a fixed schedule, and we source and store them as well. The table shows where the two differ.
| E-commerce fulfilment centre | Hault operations and fulfilment | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical client | Online stores selling to consumers | International companies with venues across Europe |
| What moves | Single orders, picked and packed per customer | Configured devices, printed materials and other goods per venue |
| Where it goes | Consumers' homes, through a parcel carrier | Training venues and other locations, delivered on site |
| Rhythm | Every order as it comes in | A weekly schedule |
| Paperwork | Tracking numbers | Signed proof of delivery and a monthly draft invoice in one app |
For online stores we don't run a warehouse. We build the Shopify store, set up VAT per country and connect the systems that pass orders on. At Birun Print & Sign, for example, every order goes automatically to the print partner.
What happens before a delivery leaves
Before anything leaves, the goods are sourced, the devices are set up and each order is put together per venue. Tablets go out configured and ready to use at the venue, and every shipment gets its label from the app. When a venue changes from one week to the next, the new address goes into the app with that week's order, and the label follows it.
We agree the setup of each item with you in the blueprint, so every weekly delivery goes out the same way. Between deliveries your stock stays with us, ready for the next week's orders.
Weekly deliveries to training venues across Europe since 2023
Since 2023 we have made weekly deliveries of tablets and printed materials to training venues across Europe for Glomacs and AZTech, two international training organisations based in Dubai. We handle the configuration, the storage and the on-site delivery, and since October 2026 every order and proof of delivery has gone through the app described below.
Each course needs the right number of devices, set up and ready, and the right printed materials at the venue. Because both organisations are based in Dubai, we take care of the European side of this work for them.
Not every job is weekly. We designed and delivered event materials for eBay in Amsterdam.
Signed proof and a monthly draft invoice from one app
Every delivery runs through our own app for stock, weekly orders, labels and proof of delivery. The person who receives the goods signs on arrival, the signed proof is saved with the order, and at the end of the month the app prepares a draft invoice from what was actually delivered.
We built the app for our own deliveries, and it has run the weekly deliveries for Glomacs and AZTech since October 2026. Because orders, signatures and the draft invoice live in one place, nobody has to match paper notes against a spreadsheet before the invoice goes out.
We build the same kind of system for clients who run their own deliveries. Expert Air Services at Schiphol has used our digital delivery notes in production since 31 August 2026. The loader and the crew both sign on the loader's phone, the note is locked with a PDF, and one draft invoice per client goes into the accounting software each month.
Where the goods come from
We work from Amsterdam for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of Europe. When it suits the delivery better, we handle sourcing, configuration, transport and storage in Türkiye.
That gives us room to choose where goods come from and where they are prepared, based on what each delivery needs. Because the same agency builds online stores and systems, your deliveries can also connect to the rest of your setup, such as your Shopify store or your accounting software.
We can invoice in euros and in Turkish lira (TL).
What operations and fulfilment cost
What it costs depends on what we source and configure, how many venues we deliver to each week and in which countries, and how much stock we hold for you. Every project gets its own proposal. After a 30-minute intro call, you'll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.
Frequently asked questions
What is an e-commerce fulfilment center?
An e-commerce fulfilment centre stores an online store's stock, picks and packs each order and ships it to the customer, usually with a parcel carrier. Our service does a different job. We source and set up goods and deliver them to business venues across Europe on a weekly schedule, with signed proof of delivery. If you ship single orders to consumers, a fulfilment centre is the better choice.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to venues and other locations across Europe, working from Amsterdam with sourcing and storage in Türkiye where it fits. For Glomacs and AZTech we've delivered tablets and printed materials to training venues across Europe every week since 2023. Tell us in the intro call where your venues are, and the proposal will show how we would serve each of them.
Can devices arrive set up and ready to use?
Yes. We configure devices such as tablets before they leave, so the people at the venue can start using them straight away. That is how the tablets for Glomacs and AZTech reach their training venues each week. Tell us in the intro call what your devices need, and the blueprint will record the setup per item before the first delivery.
How do we know a delivery has arrived?
The person who receives the goods signs on arrival, and that proof is saved in our own app together with the order and the labels. That gives one record of what was delivered, where and when. At the end of the month the app prepares a draft invoice from those signed deliveries, so the invoice follows what actually arrived.
What do you do in Türkiye?
For operations clients we handle sourcing, configuration, transport and storage in Türkiye when that suits the delivery better. Goods can then be bought and prepared there before they go to venues across Europe. A first meeting is always online or by phone. Depending on the assignment, we then come to you on location, in Türkiye too.
Can you build a delivery app for our own team?
Yes. We build the same kind of systems for clients who run their own deliveries. One is an app for stock, weekly orders, labels, signed proof of delivery and a monthly draft invoice. Another is digital delivery notes, signed on the phone by the loader and the recipient. Expert Air Services at Schiphol has used our digital delivery notes in production since 31 August 2026.
