About Hault Agency in Amsterdam
We design brands, build websites and Shopify stores, and automate the routine work that comes with them. We do this for companies in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and Türkiye.
Hault Agency is an agency from Amsterdam for businesses in the Netherlands, Europe and Türkiye. One core team builds your brand, your website or online store and the systems behind them, and works on getting you found in Google and in AI answers.
What we do
We do three kinds of work, and each has a fixed name. Brand & Experience Design is the brand itself: the strategy, the visual identity, the tone of voice and the design system, plus print, packaging and signage. Web & Shopify Commerce covers marketing sites, Shopify stores and SEO and AEO. Growth Systems & Operations covers AI automation, a dedicated marketing team, and the sourcing and weekly delivery we handle across Europe.

Why brand, web and systems sit with one team
Many companies use one agency for the brand, another for the website and a freelancer for SEO. Every handover between them costs time, and some of what was decided gets lost on the way.
With us you brief one team. What we learn about your brand is still there when we build your store, and you don't have to explain it again to a second agency.
Where we work
We work from Amsterdam for companies in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and Türkiye, and we deliver our services in Türkiye too. For operations clients we handle sourcing, configuration, transport and storage in Türkiye when the assignment calls for it.
Since 2023 we've handled the weekly deliveries of tablets and printed materials to training venues across Europe for Glomacs and AZTech.

The languages we build in
We work and build in Dutch, English and Turkish, and we add German and French language versions for clients. That matters as soon as you sell in more than one country. Avrupa Yöresel, a store for Turkish regional products, used to rank for 0 of 506 keywords in its customers' language, because everything was in Turkish. The store now has Dutch and German language versions with their own URLs.
Two brands of our own
We run two brands of our own, Private Label Specialist and Midoricha, with the same team that works for clients. Midoricha sells ceremonial matcha in a Shopify store in four languages. Private Label Specialist uses the quote basket we also build for B2B online stores. We always label them as our own brands.

Our founders, Sadberk Cakmak and Talha Ulucay, were both born and raised in Amsterdam and have Turkish roots. Sadberk is Co-Founder & Creative Director and looks after brand, design, websites, Shopify and SEO. Talha is Co-Founder & Growth Lead and looks after automation, operations and growth. Our core team of specialists works on your project from kick-off to launch.

Hault is based in Amsterdam, at Tijnmuiden 25. From there we work for companies in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and Türkiye. A first meeting is always online or by phone. Depending on the assignment, we then come to you on location, in Türkiye too.
Who are the founders of Hault?
Hault was founded by Sadberk Cakmak, Co-Founder & Creative Director, and Talha Ulucay, Co-Founder & Growth Lead. Both were born and raised in Amsterdam and have Turkish roots. Sadberk looks after brand, design, websites, Shopify and SEO, and Talha looks after automation, operations and growth. Both work with the rest of our team on every project.
Which languages does Hault work in?
We work and build in Dutch, English and Turkish, and we add German and French language versions for clients. Midoricha, our own brand, runs a Shopify store in English, German, Dutch and French. The intro call can be in Dutch, English or Turkish, and so can the rest of the project.
Can you invoice in Turkish lira?
Yes. We can invoice in euros and in Turkish lira (TL). Every project starts with a 30-minute intro call on Google Meet or by phone, on a weekday between 12:00 and 17:00 Amsterdam time, in Dutch, English or Turkish. After it you'll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.
