What a weekly delivery involves

Each training course needs its tablets and printed materials in the room before the participants arrive. For Glomacs and AZTech, that happens at training venues across Europe, every week. We configure the tablets, so they're set up for the training and can be used straight away. We store the materials until they're needed, and we deliver them on site at the venue. Because the venues are spread across Europe, every part of this has to work across borders as well.

Where the work runs from

Our operations and fulfilment service covers sourcing, configuration, storage and weekly delivery to locations across Europe. It runs from Amsterdam, and where it fits we also handle sourcing, configuration, transport and storage in Türkiye. In our operations work, sourcing means we buy what a client needs on their behalf, and configuration means the devices arrive ready for use. For Glomacs and AZTech, this service covers the whole route from storage to the training venue.

Example with demo data: an order comes in, the recipient signs the delivery note, the invoice is posted to your accounting software and the report updates itself.

Our own app for orders and proof of delivery

Since October 2026 the deliveries run from our own app. It keeps track of the stock, the weekly orders and the labels, and it records a signed proof of delivery for each delivery. The labels make sure each box goes to the right venue, and the signed proof shows that it arrived. At the end of the month it prepares a draft invoice. Every delivery leaves a record of what was delivered and when, so there is one place to look when a question comes up about an order.

A partnership since 2023

We've worked with Glomacs and AZTech since 2023. Today there are deliveries to training venues across Europe every week, and since October 2026 our own app gives that work a fixed structure. With a new set of deliveries every week, having every order and every proof of delivery in one place keeps the work easy to follow. A similar system, with signatures and a monthly draft invoice, runs for Expert Air Services at Schiphol. You can read how we run this kind of work on our operations and fulfilment page.

What Glomacs and AZTech can do now

Glomacs and AZTech have one partner for the tablets and printed materials at their European training venues, from configuration and storage to the delivery on site. Since October 2026, every order and its proof of delivery is recorded in our own app.
