Talha Ulucay is Co-Founder & Growth Lead of Hault, the Amsterdam agency he founded with Sadberk Cakmak. He was born and raised in Amsterdam and has Turkish roots. Requests about automation, operations and the marketing team come to him. Together with the rest of the team, he makes sure repetitive work such as invoices, reports and deliveries runs without anyone retyping it, and that you can always see what happened.
His work covers the Growth Systems & Operations pillar. That starts with a two-week workflow scan with a payback estimate. Then come automation in n8n, Make or custom code, AI connections on your own business data and dashboards with automatic reporting. The pillar also covers our dedicated marketing team and the sourcing, configuration, storage and weekly delivery we handle across Europe. Expert Air Services has used digital delivery notes from this pillar in production since 31 August 2026. Since October 2026, the weekly deliveries for Glomacs and AZTech have run from our own app for orders and proof of delivery.

He replies within one working day and plans a 30-minute intro call with you, and after that call you'll receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.
During the project you work with the same team throughout, and the people at the kick-off stay until the launch. Talha and Sadberk Cakmak, the other founder, keep an eye on the whole project, and the systems are planned together with the brand and the site they support.
